Description

In accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, consultation is carried out jointly by a group of orders formed between the following members: - Autonomous Pension Fund for Dentist Surgeons and Midwives (CARCDSF); - Caisse autonome de retraite des médecins de France (CARMF); - Autonomous Veterinary Pension and Provident Fund (CARPV); - Old-age Insurance Fund for Ministerial Officers, Public Officers and Judicial Companies (CAVOM); - Pension and Provident Fund for Notaries (CPRN); - Autonomous Pension Fund for Accountants and Auditors (CAVEC); - Pharmacists' old-age insurance fund (CAVP). The CAVP is the coordinator of the grouping. The purpose of the contract is to provide an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) within the IT department of each professional section in close collaboration with the internal teams. The service provider must provide advice, assistance, information, training and alerts. It will be responsible for steering the cybersecurity approach within each section. Depending on the size of the organisation, it defines the security policy for information systems: prevention, protection, detection, resilience, remediation, and ensure its application. It ensures the implementation of business solutions and processes to ensure data protection and the level of security of information systems in accordance with current standards and best practices. The contract is a single-awarded framework agreement, with no minimum and a maximum amount of EUR 700 000 excluding VAT per performance period.
