Description

Pyydämme tarjousta Kärkölän kunnassa sijaitsevien kunnan katujen ja yleisten alueiden kunnossapidosta tämän tarjouspyynnön asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Katujen ja yleisten alueiden kunnossapito on jaettu katualueiden osalta viiteen osa-alueeseen ja viheralueiden osalta yhteen alueeseen. Katualueiden kunnossapidon tarjoaja voi tarjota halutessaan 1–5 aluetta, ja tilaaja hankkii talvikunnossapidon alueille aluekohtaisesti tämän tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti. Tarjoaja vastaa tarjoamansa alueen / alueiden talvikunnossapidosta kokonaisuutena. Urakkasuoritus käsittää tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaiset työt täysin valmiiksi tehtyinä. Tarjous tehdään tarjouspyynnössä mainitulla tavalla eriteltynä ja pyydetyt yksikköhinnat ilmoitetaan annetun ohjeen mukaisesti. Tarjous laaditaan oheisille tarjous- ja hintalomakkeelle. Urakka-aika sisältää katujen ja yleisten alueiden kunnossapidon kausille 2025–2027 sekä mahdolliset optiovuodet 2028–2029. Hoito- ja sopimuskausi alkaa talvikunnossapidon osalta 1.10.2025 ja muiden töiden osalta aikaisintaan 1.4.2025 ja päättyy 31.8.2027 tai optiovuosien toteutuessa 31.8.2029.
