Description

The procedure includes the supply of a net amount of active electricity and coordination of a balancing group for sites of TP “SGS – Mihalkovo”, which are on the free market connected to the low voltage grid. The contractor should assume the responsibility for balancing, include the CONTRACTOR in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group with the CONTRACTOR coordinator, without the CONTRACTOR paying a participation fee. The Contractor shall ensure that the consumption of the CONTRACTOR is forecasted, including the administration of the time schedules for consumption. The Contractor shall provide at no additional charge the activities of forecasting the consumption of the CONTRACTOR, preparation of hourly schedules, administration of the information flow to “Electroenergy System Operator” (ESO) EAD, as well as balancing responsibility
