The Metropolis of Lyon carries out international cooperation actions with the Haute-Matsiatra Region in Madagascar. This cooperation covers the water, sanitation and hygiene sector. The Metropolis of Lyon is looking for a service provider who will have to be based in Madagascar and who will be in charge of the support and coordination of its program "Eaurizon 2028" which will start on July 1, 2025.
