This consultation is aimed at real estate operators or solidarity groups of real estate operators able to make a single and solidarity offer for the program of this consultation. It aims to select a real estate developer/operator associated with one or more architects for the transfer of building rights of the order of 40 to 50 housing units divided into 2 lots within the ZAC des 4 Saisons.
