Description

Gemeente Geertruidenberg besteedt de opdracht voor de levering, implementatie, beheer, hosting en onderhoud van een zaak-/archiefsysteem en alle aanverwante dienstverlening aan door middel van deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure. De opdracht omvat onder andere: - het beschikbaar stellen en onderhouden van een zaaksysteem, een document managementsysteem inclusief volwaardige archieffunctie; - de technische, functionele en organisatorische implementatie; - verzorgen van trainingen voor medewerkers; - de migratie van zaken en dossiers uit het huidige zaak- en archiefsysteem; - en het realiseren van een aantal koppelingen.
