Description

The object of the procurement is logging services in the city-owned forests and the piling of clearing spruces from nearby forest management sites. In logging services, a service provider is procured for seedling stand maintenance and other logging work, mainly including logging work. In the harvesting of clearing spruces, a service provider is procured for the harvesting of spruces by hand from nearby forest management sites during the autumn seasons from August to the end of November. In the case of forest services (Part 1), a framework agreement will be established to select three framework contractors. The order of precedence of the component shall be established on the basis of the reference prices. One contractor will be selected for the harvesting of grubbing-up spruces (part 2). Tenders may be submitted for Part 1, Part 2 or both. The customer has the right to reject the tender for the harvesting of grubbing-up chips for a justified reason.
