1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity between 1.1.2020 and 31.12.2020 to 3 consumption points (EPP) with a total energy consumption (± 10 %) of 1 900 000.00 kWh, including:
a. The multiarena building at ul. Sports 9, 63-600 Kępno – 120 000.00 kWh;
b. Building at ul. Receiver 5 – 30 000.00 kWh;
C. Building of a covered Qarium Kępno swimming pool at ul. Sports 11, 63-600 Kępno – 1 750 000.00 kWh.
The above figures are indicative and the Contractor shall take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.
