Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment to the workshop at the Energy School Complex in Gdańsk at ul. Reja, as part of the project: Gdańsk, the city of professionals – development of infrastructure and equipment for vocational schools in Gdańsk – stage II. 2. The subject-matter of the contract comprises two lots: 1) Part 1: Delivery and installation of teaching aids to the workshop of renewable energy equipment and systems; 2) Part 2: Supply and assembly of equipment for the workshop of electrical machines and drives, computer lab and other school equipment. 3. The material scope of the contract includes the supply and installation of equipment for the Energy School Complex in Gdańsk. The delivery item is to be brand new, unused, defect-free and complete. 4. The required technical parameters of the mobile equipment to be procured and the quantitative requirements are set out in the annexes to the GIP: 1) Annex 1 to the GIP (concerning: Part 1); 2) Annex 2 to the GIP (concerning: Part No. 2). 5. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are set out in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ – for Part 1 and Part 2. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting respectively Annexes 8.1 and 8.2 to the SWZ for a given part of the contract.
