II. WARRANTY PERIOD: is 60 months. The Contractor shall provide a quality guarantee and warranty for defects for a period of 60 months, calculated from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the subject of the contract. Detailed terms and conditions regarding the guarantee and warranty are set out in the draft provisions of the agreement, which constitute Annex No. 4 to the FTZ. III. EQUIVALENCE - in relation to all standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems and certificates indicated and required in the FTZ, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions.
