Description

This tender concerns the PKI for a new smart metering concept (DSMR6). This new concept has been developed in cooperation with the major Dutch grid operators and introduces a number of new technical solutions for the Dutch market. The most prominent is the modular structure of the meter, where (tele)communication and data processing are no longer part of the electricity meter. These functions are performed by the replaceable gateway, which provides flexibility in both hardware and software to reduce the risk of premature replacement.
