Germany-Lüneburg: Architectural, engineering and planning services
The measure aims to implement a one-off and innovative renovation concept with visibility and exemplary role. An unwindowless double-field hall from the 1970s is to be transformed into a positive energy building in an economically and energy-efficient renovation solution. Among other things, the following innovations will be implemented:
— photovoltaic thermal solar collectors (PVTs) with integrated heat pump
— Daylight hybrid tubes
As the building hall will have a high share of technology, the architecture will also largely follow it. Therefore, the design idea is strongly intertwined with the installation of all technical installations.
The presence of pollutants typical of construction time is to be expected. According to the current estimate, the construction costs for the planned construction measures amount to approximately EUR 6.44 million gross (KG 300, 400). The construction works will be financed between 2016 and 2018 and the construction phases are to be adjusted to the financing plan. The construction project is supported with federal funds.
A tenderer (single tenderer or group of tenderers) is awarded services in the building design (Sections 33 et seq. HOAI) and technical equipment (Sections 53 et seq. HOAI). Architect services and TGA services for phases 1-9 (Sections 34 and 55 HOAI) are to be commissioned. The assignment shall be carried out in stages. All other planning and expert services are awarded separately by the contracting authority and are not the subject of this call for tenders. When submitting a tender, tenderers must explain how they will ensure the short-term availability of the project leader on site.
