The purpose of this consultation is to provide laundry services for establishments (Régie technique, Résidencesautonomie, and EHPAD) of the Centre d'Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris (CASVP). The places of performance of the services are indicated in Annex 1 to the Specific Terms and Conditions (STC) entitled "List of CASVP sites". The following departments are concerned: Paris, Paris region (91, 92, 93, 94), and Aisne (02). The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Terms and Conditions (SPC). This framework agreement is awarded in the form of an open invitation to tender as defined in Articles L.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-6 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract is a single-award framework agreement which is executed as and when purchase orders are issued pursuant to Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. On the basis of Article R2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract lays down all the terms for performance by order forms. For Lots 1 and 2, the contract shall be awarded for a period of (02) two years from the date of its notification. For lots 3 and 4, the durations (depending on the establishments concerned) are specified in Article 1.7.1 of the Consultation Regulation and in the CCP. All four framework agreements resulting from this consultation may be renewed under the same terms for a maximum of two years once at the end of the first period. Maximum number of lots for which a tenderer may submit a tender: EAs, ESATs and/or a SIAE may submit a tender for all four lots. Other undertakings may submit a tender only for Lots 3 and 4 (i.e. 2 lots).
