Description

Design, application and evaluation of the linguistic planning of the different Departments of the Government of Navarre. The implementation of the contract shall include a gender perspective. Includes: a) A diagnosis of the situation of Basque: personnel with knowledge of Basque, analysis of internal and external communications and of available resources, inventory of forms and documentation addressed to citizens, lettering and signage. b) An identification of the communicative needs of the jobs. c) Appropriate measures to achieve the corresponding objectives, and a prioritization of such measures, taking into account preferably the organizational units and the jobs with direct attention to the citizens. d) An evaluation of the training needs. e) An evaluation of the translation needs. f) A scheduling of the actions within the period foreseen to achieve the objectives. g) An economic evaluation of the actions foreseen in the plan. h) Monitoring modes and evaluation indicators of the established objectives.
