Zadanie nr 1.
Sukcesywne dostawy endoprotez przynasadowych bezcementowych stawu biodrowego.
Zadanie nr 2.
Sukcesywne dostawy endoprotez stawu kolanowego kondylarnych z powłoką ceramiczną w w wersji cementowej i bezcementowej.
Zadanie nr 3.
Sukcesywne dostawy endoprotez rewizyjnych stawu biodrowego.
Zadanie nr 4.
Sukcesywne dostawy endoprotez bezcememntowych przynasadowych krótkotrzpieniowych stawu biodrowego z systemem panewek bezcememntowych i dużych głów oraz głowy i wkładów ceramicznych Biolex Delta.
Zadanie nr 5.
Sukcesywne dostawy obejm tytanowych.
Zadanie nr 6.
Sukcesywne dostawy endoprotez stawu kolanowego rewizyjnych – półzwiązanych oraz związancyh.
Zadanie nr 7.
Sukcesywne dostawy elementów systemu rewizyjnego endoprotez bioder i kolana oraz tymczasowych protez (spacer) biodra i kolana.
