Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall include: collection, transport and management of waste with code:
19 12 12 – shipped waste 191212 is a superfluous fraction > 80 mm from the treatment of mixed waste, municipal waste (20 03 01) and from the treatment of waste resulting from separate collection.
The estimated amount of waste to be managed will total up to 12 000 Mg for all parts. The procurer reserves the right to reduce the quantity of waste expected to be managed without the effect of withdrawing from the contract or changing its terms. The actual amount of waste will be the result of the Contracting Authority’s current needs. The waste may be prepared in bulk or in the form of a cube 100-120 cm x 100-120 cm x 80 cm weighing approximately. 400 kg.
The waste management offered must comply with the applicable waste management method
in this respect, the legal provisions and recovery operations specified
in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. (Journal of Laws 2019, item 701).
