Description

Origin Housing requires a service provider to carry out gas servicing and breakdown works in all properties (owned and managed by Origin) with domestic gas installations and central heating. The successful candidate shall be expected to provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year fully comprehensive service to a variety of tenants including vulnerable and frail elderly. The works will include annual gas servicing, safety checking, issuing of LGSR’s (Landlords Gas Safety Records) and responsive breakdown repairs. The successful candidate must have experience in operating and managing gas servicing and breakdown contracts and be Gas Safe registered. In addition, the successful candidate will need to produce LGSR’s in electronic format and monthly reports on performance and customer satisfaction.
