Description

These special conditions concern a multi-contractor framework agreement to set up a pool of translation companies for the BBP.
The contractor’s mission is the literal and accurate translation of texts of various kinds into French, Dutch or English, in accordance with best practice in the profession and the maximum quality requirements, respecting inter alia:
— the accuracy of the translation of terms and the return of ideas,
— grammar and its rules in the target language,
— an irreproachable spelling in the target language,
— the homogeneity of the terms used,
— stylistic rules in each of the target languages,
— the requirement that the translation be proofed and competent, other than the translator.
