Description

This consultation concerns the carrying out of tests and trials prior to the reception of remediation works on the perimeter of the territory of LYSED. The maximum amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement is EUR 200 000 excluding tax. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of its notification. The Framework Agreement shall be tacitly renewed until its conclusion. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods, is 4 years. The time limits for performance or delivery of the services shall be fixed on each order form in accordance with the provisions of the documents in the framework agreement. The maximum time limit for performance of the services is laid down in the CCTP.
