Description

Отговорността за състоянието на оборудването е възложена на съответните ръководители на отдели, както следва:
- Котелно оборудване (КО);
- Турбинно оборудване (ТО);
- Химично оборудване (ХО);
- Електро оборудване (EО);
- Контролно измервателни прибори и апаратура (КИП и А);
Контролът върху профилактиката, поддръжката и ремонта на активите на “ТЕЦ Варна” ЕАД се осъществява от персонала на звена, структурирани в две направления:
- машинна поддръжка – осъществява се от личния състав на отдел „Машинен”.
- електро поддръжка– осъществява се от личния състав на отдел „Електрооборудване”.
- КИП и А поддръжка – осъществява се от личния състав на отдел „КИП и А”.
При необходимост от аварийно отстраняване на повреди е въведена организация за непрекъсната работа до отстраняване на проблема.
