The object of this contract is the provision by the Supplier of services for the implementation of an integrated IT solution, including the provision of the necessary software licenses, the delivery and configuration of the related hardware equipment, commissioning, user training, as well as the provision of maintenance and technical support services during the warranty period. Within the framework of this contract, the Supplier shall provide, without being limited to: 1. Providing software licenses a software package of integrated computer licenses necessary for the implementation of the Information System, for internal users and external users. 2. Deployment of hardware and software infrastructure o Configuration and implementation services of hardware equipment and related IT infrastructure; o Services for the analysis of the Beneficiary's existing systems and work processes, in order to optimally configure the solution; o Program configuration services according to the situation and specificity of the unit; o Services for the commissioning of software systems and the initialisation of systems; o Integration and interconnection services of databases and systems to improve workflows and quality of results; o Population services of IT programs with data and information specific to the unit at the moment of starting the systems, based on the data provided by the Beneficiary. 3. User training o User and operator training services to improve skills in the use of new technologies in the day-to-day business and digital skills. 4. Maintenance and technical support o Preventive maintenance services; o Corrective maintenance services; o Evolutionary maintenance services (adjustments and optimizations within the existing functionalities, according to the contractual provisions); o Technical support and warranty services, for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of receipt of the solution. 3.4. Requirements regarding the technical solution The Provider, in order to achieve the deliverables and achieve the expected results, implements an IT system for optimizing the procedures and workflows, respectively provides • Installation and configuration services for the IT solution • Supply of equipment • Digital skills training and development services.
