Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. in Toruń within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended) in the period from 01.01.2026 (inclusive) to 31.12.2026 (inclusive) with a volume of indicative size: 11 110,60 MWh (11 110 600,00 kWh). This contract does not cover electricity distribution services. Detailed information on the location of individual collection points (e.g. buildings, facilities), their description and assignment to individual tariff groups, as well as their current capacity and expected electricity consumption during the term of the contract are provided in Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ. For connection points 1 ÷ 125 listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as "DSO") is ENERGA OPERATOR S.A., ul. Polish Navy 130, 80 – 557 Gdańsk. For connection points 126 ÷ 130 listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - OSD is POLENERGIA DYSTRYBUCJA Sp. z o.o., ul. Krucza 24/26, 00 – 526 Warsaw. The contractor must have concluded and binding agreements, the so-called general distribution agreements, with the above-mentioned local DSOs, on the basis of which it will be able to sell electricity via the DSO's distribution networks to all the contracting authority's facilities indicated in the SWZ. For all PPE, this is another change of seller, and currently the role of electricity seller for all connection points listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ is performed by: ENERGA – OBRÓT S.A., ul. Aleja Grunwaldzka 472, 80 – 309 Gdańsk. The current contract for the supply of electricity is concluded for a definite period, i.e. until 31.12.2025. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is indicated in Chapter II. 1 SWZ and Annexes 1 and 2 to SWZ.
