Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Generalplanung für den Bau der Energiezentrale Emmen Luzern. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere die Leistungen der Gesamtprojektleitung, die Projektierung vom Bau- bis und mit Ausführungsprojekt, die Ausschreibung der erforderlichen Lieferungen und Arbeiten, die Ober- und Fachbauleitung sowie die Ausführungsüberwachung und die Abnahmen.
