Karlstads universitet söker ett modernt och integrerat fastighetssystem som kan stödja vår verksamhet inom flera kritiska områden. Systemet ska vara användarvänligt, skalbart och kunna integreras med våra befintliga system. Fastighetssystemet ska uppfylla: Planbeskrivning:Stöd för att skapa och hantera planbeskrivningar.Integration med ritningsunderlag och andra relevanta dokument.Internhyra:Hantering av internhyresavtal och fakturering.Möjlighet att spåra och rapportera hyresintäkter och kostnader.Ritningsunderlag:Lagring och hantering av ritningar och andra tekniska dokument.Enkel åtkomst och uppdatering av ritningsunderlag.Lokalvårdsplanering:Effektiv hantering och planering av lokalvårdsaktiviteter.Möjlighet att skapa och följa upp städscheman.
