Description

The contract covers the construction and requalification of buildings as well as exterior fittings. Building 1 was demolished and replaced by two new buildings: one (Bat. 1 NEW) for DGMR and OFROU; the other (Bat. 5) for the "Polcant", Building 2 is preserved and transformed. Building 3 is demolished and 2 new buildings "3 NEW" and "5" are built against Building 2, creating a unique volume. Building 4 (the existing cutlery) is partially transformed to house the new electrical and Polycom room and the POLCANT van garages. The project provides for the supply and installation of windows and doors ext. for buildings 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The buildings must meet the SMEO and Minergie P-ECO ecological criteria. The windows in Building 5 must meet the security criteria imposed by POLCANT. Description according to CFC: - 221.3 – Steel windows - 221.6 – Metal exterior doors
