1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: ‘Supply of cars for the needs of the IMGW-PIB divided into 3 parts’. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 lots. 3. Description of the lot: 1) Part No. 1 of the contract includes the supply of vans. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1A to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Technical specifications for Lot 1 of the contract; 2) Part 2 of the order includes the delivery of a truck with a crane and winch.
