Description

The building of the RSPBZN is the first group, a fifth category of construction with a floor area of 621 m². The following mandatory measures are envisaged for the implementation of the site: major repair of the roof, including restoration of the compromised plaster on the chimneys; repair of stairway rails, pavements and linings in sanitary units; replacement of common horizontal and vertical clamps; replacement of lighting in the building with the introduction of energy-efficient light sources and luminaires; recovery of a lightning protection installation; construction of ventilation, fire alarm and heating system with radiant heating units in the garage. Thermal insulation of external walls, replacement of windows and doors with a PVC profile system and glass packaging, thermal insulation of a roof and floor, construction of a solar DGC system consisting of 10 solar panels with a total surface area of 22 m².
