Description

The subject of the public contract is the processing of forest management curricula (LHO) within the meaning of Section 25 of Act No 289/1995 on forests and amending and supplementing certain acts (the Forest Act), as amended (‘the Forest Act’). LHO will be further elaborated according to the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic No. 84/1996 Coll., on forest management planning and valid methodology of the Ministry of Agriculture. The Czech Republic complies with the information standard of forest management and other legally binding regulations related to the subject matter of the work. The LHO will be processed for all legal and natural persons who are forest owners with an area of up to 50 ha, with the exception of those who, pursuant to Section 24(3) of the Forest Act, commission the preparation of a forest management plan. The LHO will be processed for the ‘Jihlava’ perimeter in 146 cadastral areas. The LHO will be processed for period 1. 1. 2028 to 31. 12. 2037.
