Description

1. The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive advice (legal, economic-financial and technical) to the public party in order to conduct the procedure for the selection of a private partner (hereinafter: ESCO or Contractor). The contract will be implemented in relation to the project entitled: "Thermomodernisation of public buildings of the State Water Holding Polish Waters, promoted by the State Water Holding Polish Waters. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (Draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), it will be an annex to the contract. 2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act. 3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an on-site inspection to be carried out by the Contractor. 4. The ordering party does not require a deposit. 5. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a performance bond. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves that it may first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative qualification of the Contractor. 7.
