Description

The subject-matter of the contract, together with the supply of computer equipment to the Office of the President of the Republic and the National Security Bureau, divided into the following three lots:
Part I – All In One integrated computer; Part II – personal computers; Part III – hardware. The scope of the supply, specifying the items making up the contract, the Contracting Authority’s requirements on technical parameters sets out a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 2 to the ToR – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. The equipment offered by the Contractor must be new. The equipment listed in Annex 2 to the ToR – description of the subject-matter of the contract – must be covered by a minimum of 36 months’ guarantee period for the manufacturer – for Parts I, II and III. The equipment is covered by a free guarantee service provided at the installation site of the computer. The packaging and the equipment must be marked with a serial number.
