Description

The subject matter of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan of PLN 3 500 000,00 to co-finance investment projects in the municipality of Tarnowo Podgórne.

5) the base rate to determine the interest rate:
— to the tender: at WIBOR 1M rate as at the last day of the month preceding the deadline for submission of the tender, i.e. 29.11.2013,
— to the contract: the interest rate on the date of conclusion of the contract is the sum of the WIBOR 1M rate of the last day of the month preceding the conclusion of the contract and the Contractor’s margin – applicable until the end of the calendar month in which the contract is concluded.
For the calculation of interest for each subsequent interest period, the contractor applies the WIBOR 1M rate of the last day of the month preceding the accounting month plus the contractor’s margin, i.e. interest from 1st November – WIBOR 1M – 31 October. Any change in the interest rate shall take place on the first working day of the following month.

(9) the collateral for the repayment of the loan will be a blank promissory note;
(10) interest on the credit shall be calculated on a monthly basis and payable on a monthly basis until the 20th of each month for the previous month from January 2014 onwards;
11) The bank’s commission and all charges related to the granting of the loan should be included in the Bank’s margin added to the WIBOR 1M rate.
