Description

1. The subject of the Agreement is the expansion of the NetApp matrix cluster owned by the Contracting Authority with equipment meeting the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the IPU, (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Equipment’) and its implementation, to the extent described in Annex 2 to the IPU (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Implementation’), together with the provision of a quality guarantee for the Equipment delivered and the Implementation carried out for a period of 36 months. 2. A detailed description and conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract are set out in the IPU, constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ.
