Description

les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.La consultation porte sur la maintenance préventive et curative des ascenseurs et plates-formes élévatrices des bâtiments communaux. Le présent marché sera traité à prix mixtes :- les prestations de maintenance préventive (visites y compris les déplacements) seront traitées à prix forfaitaire, selon la Dpgf- les prestations de maintenance curative (réparations, pièces et main d'oeuvre) donneront lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande, mono-attributaire en application des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique, et seront traitées à prix unitaires pour un montant maximum s'élevant à 30 000 euro(s) par an, suivant les prix unitaires inscrits sur le devis du titulaire
