Description

The purpose of this Subsequent Framework Contract Agreement is to define the terms governing subsequent contracts to be awarded by the contracting authority. Each subsequent contract will constitute a study contract. As regards the standard contract for studies, each subsequent contract may entrust the holder of the framework agreement with the task of carrying out either feasibility and expediency studies or programming studies. With regard to the standard project management contract, each subsequent contract will define all the clauses necessary for the performance of the project management contract.
