Description

La Communauté d'Agglomération Pau Béarn Pyrénées a été désignée par convention coordonnateur du groupement de commande dont les membres sont la Communauté d'Agglomération Pau Béarn Pyrénées (CAPBP), la Ville de Pau (VDP) et le Centre Communal D'action Sociale (CCAS). L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 29/10/2025 ou à compter de la date de notification du contrat si celle-ci est postérieure. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande : -pour la CAPBP sans minimum et avec un maximum de 25 000 euro(s) H.T/an -pour la VDP sans minimum et avec un maximum de 15 000 euro(s) H.T/an -pour le CCAS sans minimum et avec un maximum de 10 000 euro(s) H.T/an
