1. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać właściwe pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu zgodnie z (jeśli dotyczy): 1) ustawą z dnia 6 września 2001 r. Prawo farmaceutyczne; 2) ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych; 3) ustawą z dnia 18 marca 2011 r. o Urzędzie Rejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Produktów Biobójczych. 2.
