Description

The subject of the Agreement is: 1) granting the Ordering Party a subscription to the HR System in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model with the support of the Manufacturer, in the scope and volume specified in the OPZ and Functional Requirements; 2) making the HR System available to the Ordering Party in the production environment and in non-production environments, including development, testing and with programming tools for integration teams; 3) provision of maintenance, monitoring, backup, security and support services of the HR System throughout the term of the Agreement, in accordance with the SLA parameters indicated in the Agreement; 4) granting the Employer the rights (licenses/subscriptions) to use the HR System to the extent specified in the Agreement; 5) providing warranty services for the HR System in the manner specified in the Agreement and OPZ; 6) providing the Ordering Party with System Documentation to the extent specified in the Agreement, within the deadlines enabling the Implementation Team to properly carry out its work.
