Description

The guarding objects are the Institute Berlin of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt and three office floors in a rental property on the salt bank. They comprise 14 buildings, most of which are equipped with highly sensitive technology. The net floor area of the buildings is about 56,000 m2, the building usable area about 32,500 m2 and the terrain area about 40,000 m2. A site plan as well as a floor plan of one floor of the rental property as a sample will be provided as part of the competition. The institute is equipped with video surveillance, fire detection, fault detection, alarm and intrusion detection systems. These converge in the gatekeeper's lodge and are to be operated by the AN. The guarding of the institute premises (place of performance 1) and the rental property (place of performance 2) is carried out with different requirements: Scope of services at the place of performance 1: - Property protection, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (stationary control and locking service as well as reception service) - Techn. plant monitoring and operation (alarm service) - event security service/event service etc. (special monitoring as required) Scope of services at the place of performance 2: - Property maturation (mobile control and locking service)
