Description

Die Bewachungsobjekte sind das Institut Berlin der Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt und drei Büroetagen in einem Mietobjekt im Salzufer. Sie umfassen 14 Gebäude, die überwiegend mit hochsensibler Technik ausgestattet sind. Die Nettogrundfläche der Gebäude beträgt in etwa 56.000 m², die Gebäudenutzfläche ca. 32.500 m² und die Geländefläche ca. 40.000 m². Ein Lageplan sowie ein Grundriss einer Etage des Mietobjektes als Muster werden im Rahmen des Teilnahmewettbewerbes zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Institut ist mit Videoüberwachungs-, Brandmelde-, Störmelde-, Alarm- und Einbruchmeldeanlagen ausgestattet. Diese laufen in der Pförtnerloge zusammen und sind vom AN zu bedienen. Die Bewachung des Institutsgeländes (Leistungsort 1) und des Mietobjektes (Leistungsort 2) erfolgt mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen: Leistungsumfang am Leistungsort 1: - Objektschutz, 24 Stunden an 365 Tagen im Jahr (stationärer Kontroll- und Schließdienst sowie Empfangsdienst) - Techn. Anlagenüberwachung und -bedienung (Alarmdienst) - Veranstaltungssicherungsdienst/Veranstaltungsservice etc. (Sonderbewachung nach Bedarf) Leistungsumfang am Leistungsort 2: - Objektbestreifung (mobiler Kontroll- und Schließdienst)
