SAP Windows 2008 operating system support ends on 14 January 2020 and the servers need to be updated. Following the update of the servers, the MS-SQL Server 2012 databases of SAP applications should be updated at the same time to MS SQL Server 2016 version, as MS SQL Server 2012 support will expire in 2022 and MS SQL Server 2016 version in 2026 with the Service Pack version currently in place.
