De dienstverlening bestaat uit reguliere support & beheer werkzaamheden en projectmatige werkzaamheden. Het dagelijkse functionele beheer wordt door de NPO zelf gedaan waarvan de werkzaamheden zijn beschreven onder het kopje out of scope. Het doel van deze opdracht is om het Oracle Cloud systeem te allen tijde up-to-date en goed werkbaar te houden, in overeenstemming met de gestelde eisen.
