The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of aerial voluntary containers and corresponding spare parts for the maintenance of such equipment for the collection of household waste in the territory of SAINT-LOUIS Agglomération. The services shall give rise to a framework agreement with multi-contracted order forms concluded with two successful tenderers and concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1, R2161-1 to 6 and R2161-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code. This framework agreement shall lay down all the conditions for the performance of the services. It shall be carried out as and when order forms are issued by the contracting authority. Order forms may vary within the following limits throughout the duration of the framework agreement: - No minimum amount; - With a maximum annual amount of 200 000 euro (s) excluding tax.
