1. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and its annexes (OPZ). 2. The subject-matter of the contract is the service of successive management, through recovery, of waste of code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, resulting from the treatment of bulky waste. The service includes: 1) acceptance and transport, possible collection (as part of the waste management logistics chain by the contractor), as well as management by recovery of the waste fraction with code 19 12 12, 2) services carried out on the above-mentioned waste fraction in the amount of no more than 2000 Mg in the period from 02.01.2026 to 31.12.2026 (or until earlier reaching the limit of the total value of the contract).
