Description

The subject of the public contract is to obtain an optimal solution for a new district in the cadastral area of Podhořany, Nelahozeves municipality, Mělník district, Czech Republic, which will be of urban quality, economically feasible and socially and environmentally sustainable. The aim of the Contracting Authorities is to find the optimal urban design of Nové Podhořany and its integration into the organism of the municipality of Nelahozeves as a whole. A contract will be concluded with the selected supplier for the implementation of the subject of the public contract in the following scope: - elaboration of an urban/territorial study with regulatory elements in the scope of the solved area, which will be the basis for the change of the zoning plan, - discussion of an urban/territorial study in the scope of the solved area with the relevant authorities, infrastructure managers, main actors and the public. - professional and administrative support in the elaboration and acquisition of changes to the zoning plan.
