Description

1. The subject of the order is the printing and delivery of 2500 wall calendars and 2500 book calendars of the Malopolska Region for 2027. 2. The contract consists of two parts: Part I – printing and delivery of wall calendars; Part II – printing and delivery of book calendars. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public contract to be inserted in the public contract – model contract for the lot concerned, Annex 1Ca, 1Cb (Parts I, II). 4. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of contract performance, consisting in carrying out work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 1974, No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465 as amended) 5.
