1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the loading, collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected separately and non-segregated (mixed) waste from owners of residential properties and properties on which holiday homes and other properties used only for part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes located in the municipality of Czastary are located. 2. Organizing a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). 3. Collection of expired drugs with code 20 01 32 from the collection point located in the Familia Pharmacy, ul. School 6, Timers. 4. The collection and management of municipal waste collected during the spring action ‘Cleaning up the district’ and the autumn action ‘Cleaning up the world’ is carried out within the territory of the municipality of Czastary and collected as a result of events organised by the municipality of Czastary, i.e. ‘Start of holiday’ and ‘Temporary Days’. 5. Carrying out a touring collection of bulky waste. 6. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide all owners of the property with bags and containers for waste, adapted to mechanical emptying with capacities and properties specified in Resolution No XI/86/2020 of the Council of the Municipality of Czastary of 26 March 2020 on the adoption of regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Czastary, published in the Official Journal of the Łódzkie Province on 21 April 2020, item. 2451, as amended by Resolution No XV/112/2020 of the Council of the Municipality of Czastary of 27 August 2020, published in the Official Gazette of the Łódzkie Province on 16 September 2020, item 5070 and Resolution No XXXVI/259/2023 of the Council of the Municipality of Czastary of 9 March 2023 published in the Official Gazette of the Łódzkie Province on 30 March 2023, item 2724. 7. The Contractor shall equip the Separate Municipal Waste Collection Point with waste collection containers by 2 January 2026 at the latest. 8. The assumed amount of municipal waste generated in the Municipality of Czastary under this order is approx. 2 775 Mg (i.e. in 2026 – 920 Mg, in 2027 – 925 Mg, in 2028 – 930 Mg). 9. The Ordering Party shall specify the minimum amount of waste to be collected and managed during the contract at the level of 2 500 Mg. 10. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is contained in Annex 10 to the FTZ.
