Description

Im Rahmen des Großprojekts "Erweiterung Flugsteig Terminal 1" auf dem Vorfeld West des Flughafens München sollen im Zentralbereich fünf Gastronomieeinheiten auf einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 1.385 m² erstellt werden. Bauseits wird ein veredelter Rohbau übergeben, d. h. inkl. Fassade, Dach, Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen bis zur Projektgrenze. Die Planung und Realisierung alle Sicherheitsgewerke erfolgt parallel bauseits, ist aber im Zuge der vertraglichen Leistung mit abzustimmen und zu koordinieren. Lage und Größe: G1= 195m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Bar G2= 230m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Fine-Dining-Restaurant G3= 390m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Restaurant (Italienisch) G4= 382m² Standort Im Sicherheitsbereich, Ebene 04 (Hauptaufenthaltsbereich) Thema: Familien- Restaurant G6= 190m²: Standort Im öffentlichen Bereich, Ebene 04 Thema: Cafe Backladen - Franchise durch Dean & David Alle Arbeiten erfolgen im Sicherheitsbereich des Flughafens. Hieraus ergeben sich besondere Anforderungen an das einzusetzende Personal und die Materialtransporte
