Description

UKM intends to award a framework agreement with a reliable framework agreement partner for the supply of Pure Storage storage technology to the UKM data centre and its subordinate services for a period of 48 months. Due to the technological orientation of the IT of the UKM (convergence with the existing storage infrastructure, backup and recovery, the servers and the network area), it is economically and technically necessary to purchase storage systems and the associated support services of the manufacturer Pure Storage. Both hardware systems and software features of Pure Storage can be managed under a single, pre-existing software solution. Due to the convergence of the systems, existing systems can be comprehensively operated and supplemented with very little administrative effort. Pure Storage meets all IT requirements for state-of-the-art storage systems in the field of classic flash and NVMe storage, as well as the storage-side encryption of data and offers a uniform flash-based product range for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 storage.
