St. Joseph’s National School, is a primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Bishop of Meath. Your attention is drawn to the attached Project Brief and particularly the proposed Schedule of Accommodation and the options outlined in the Brief. In summary, the project will comprise: • 2 Classroom Early Intervention Unit 264.0 m2 Giving a Gross Floor Area of (incl. circulation, int. walls and stairs) 338.0 m2 Also: • Secure soft play area (accessible from Classroom) 50m² per Class Base 100 m2 • 6 parking spaces
