Description

1.1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service consisting of: 1) acceptance of a given fraction of municipal waste by the contractor through a transhipment station, which is at the disposal of the operator receiving waste from the Wolsztyn Commune and acting on behalf of the Ordering Party – i.e. Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalna Sp. z o.o., which according to the plans is located on plots with geod number. 182/1, 182/3, 181/4 and 181/1, Komorowo; 2) transport of a given fraction of municipal waste; 3) treatment of accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes at the municipal waste management site provided by the contractor, hereinafter referred to together with all related services and obligations as ‘municipal waste management service’. The order includes the service: 1) management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, 2) management of biodegradable waste.
