Description

The province of Zuid-Holland needs rail technical management and maintenance advice for the RijnGouwelijn. rail project is a new field where the province does not yet have sufficient specific knowledge and experience in construction, management and maintenance. Due to the specific rail technical knowledge required for the formation of the (strategic) management organisation of the RijnGouwelijn (including all the related tasks, responsibilities and activities) and for the inclusion of management aspects in the other fields mentioned, as well as the fact that this knowledge will not be sufficiently present within the existing management team because of the approaching contractors of various (hiring) staff, the replacement of an outgoing officer within the management team is sought. This relates very specifically to the management and conservation aspects of rail, based on the life cycle approach of the RijnGouwelijn.
